Sledding!

OK...so these pictures are actually from Christmas Day, but I couldn't resist posting them. I'm so ready to get out there again, just need the weather to warm up a little!

Live Healthy Iowa

I am once again team captain for a Live Healthy Iowa team. Last year I created team Voehendore and recruited Mom and sis Tracee to help us all motivate each other to get healthy and lose weight!

This year I extended the offer to my extended family and we now have a team of seven!
We have added Kyle, my cousin Paula, my aunt Lois, and another cousin Judy to our team and this year we are Team Famn Damily!

I am excited as it keeps me accountable for exercising and I'm hoping to be a great team leader and send them lots of tips and motivation to create healthy lifestyles.
