So Trader Joe's is a big commercial health food store.

How about lobbying the local, independent market (Gateway) to offer more "health" foods? I like to support local entities so I wouldn't be keen on inviting in yet another chain store.
I haven't been to a Trader Joes, but my sis who lived in Minneapolis for a while (they have one there) hits them up for their cheapo tasty wine.....it used to be 3 buck chuck, but now I think it is $4. I agree with anonymous on supporting our local shops, but am curious on Trader Joes....

Gateway has a great wine selection and the gal who works there (I think her name is Allie) can find you incredible wines that are also inexpensive. Nothing for $4 but you can get an awesome bottle for under $10. : )
Before we try to bring in a Trader Joes, what about patronizing our locally-owned "health food stores" like New City Market and Campbells?
